Our homework task this week in Glyder Fach was to create a musical instrument using only recycled objects that we could find around the house and here are the finished products. We can’t wait to test them out in our music lesson with Lois Eifion this week, when we will be recreating the sounds of the sea. Thank you to all the children and parents for their efforts.

We went to Hendy farm near Caernarfon to learn about milking cattle. It was very interesting to see the developments since milking by hand in the past to the modern dairy parlour full of modern technology that was on the farm today. Everyone enjoyed the experience of milking by hand, seeing the reality of milking cattle today and getting to meet all the newly born calves. Thank you to Mr Aled Jones for sharing so much information about his farm with us.
